A group that travelled from Germany to visit family enjoy an afternoon on the mountain with wine and cheese.
We went up the mountain to Carter Mountain Vineyards and took in the beautiful view of Charlottesville and the valley.
The town of Charlottesville is very accesible by the trolley which we take every day into the city to meet up with friends, see exhibits and listen to speakers.
Today's main speaker was Donna Ferrato. She was very gregarious, but insightful and courageous.
After she spoke we ate dinner with Dennis and Mary Beth; firends of the Luster's. The photo community is strong here this week in Charlottesville.
