HB 199 was up for approval in Alabama on Thursday. It would make having a home birth legal with a CPM (Certified Private Midwife). About 100 supporters turned out to show their support. After the politics I thought I would make a document of my trip by making a pictrue of the Capitol. It is a goal of mine to have a nice image of every state Capitol one day.
