A line of Severe storms rumbled through North Alabama on Friday, April 11, 2008. Trees were downed as a result in the southeastern portion of Morgan County. No one was injured but furniture makers in the area will be drooling with Pavlov-like reactions.

In Baileyton a severe thunderstorm brought down trees on Joe Crawfords property Friday, April 11, 2008. Crawford was vacationing in Miss., and no one was injured. Pine, Oak, and Cedar trees came down with the storm. John Randolph a neighbor taking care of Crawford's property will remove some trees that were downed but this 80 foot Pine will require heavy equipment to move.
