Tonight was the Limestone County Rodeo in Athens, Ala.
Sheriff Mike Blakely has put this show on for 25 years and the proceeds go to making sure residents of Limestone County are safe, by giving his deputies working automobiles and equipment. The best part about the rodeo was meeting Chad Jaggers from Florence, Ala. he said he was the oldest Bareback Rider in this area. At 40 he stayed on all 8 seconds but a fault at the beginning of the ride had him disqualified. Still impressive.
